What We Collect Automatically
Every visit to livecasinohouse.net is logged by our hosting provider with the IP address, browser user-agent, referring page, and the URL requested. These logs are retained for 30 days for security and rate-limiting purposes and are never linked to other identifiers. We use Cloudflare as our edge network, so the same data is also visible to Cloudflare under its privacy policy.
We use a privacy-respecting analytics service that records aggregated page views, bounce rates, country (not city), and device type. Events are sampled and stored without enabling individual identification. No third-party advertising pixels run on this site.
What We Collect When You Contact Us
- Your name and email — only what you place in the message.
- The message content, retained up to 24 months for follow-up.
- Any documents or screenshots you choose to attach.
If your message concerns a redemption dispute we may share specific facts (not personal details) with the operator named, to assist resolution. Personal contact information is never shared without your explicit consent.
